* Attendance at the inauguration ceremony and gala dinner requires an additional fee of LKR 10,000 for local student authors, general participants, and student participants, in addition to the registration fees listed above. The fee for the one-day excursion is USD 50 per person in addition to the registration fees listed above.

Payment Guidelines

For All Conference Attendees
- All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and emailed tosicet@sliit.lk by 15th Aug 2026. An administrative fee of US$20 will be charged for each refund.
- All requests for registration transfers must be provided in writing and email tosicet@sliit.lk by 15th Aug 2026.
- All payments made via wire transfer must be received 30 days after your registration is made. If not, your registration will be cancelled. All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by 1stAug 2026. There will be an administrative fee of US $20 deducted from each refund.
- All Guests/General Participants, who are registered for the conference will be given a “GUEST”
- Attendees in all registration categories can separately purchase tickets for accommodation and transportation on 1stand 2nd September 2026, and for the Excursion on 3rd September 2026.
- Children are not permitted entry into session rooms. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted on the Exhibit Hall floor during setup or dismantling hours. During scheduled show hours. Your support and compliance are greatly appreciated
Transfer Policy
- All requests for registration transfers must be provided in writing. Registration rate difference will apply depending on the Authors Affiliation of the new registration. All transfer requests received AFTER 15th August 2026 will be charged an additional US $20.
PRESENTER SUBSTITUTION POLICY/ VIRTUAL PRESENTATION
- Presenter Availability: If the author of a paper is unable to present at the conference, the TPC Chair may allow a qualified substitute presenter or a virtual presentation
- Request Process: To make such a request, complete theSubstitute Presenter Form no later than 15th August 2026.
- A copy of the form will be sent directly to the TPC Chair for approval.
Virtual Presentation Policy
- Local participants are generally expected to present in person. They are only eligible for a virtual presentation if they provide relevant proof of their departure from Sri Lanka or documentation of a valid health concern.
- International participants (those residing outside of Sri Lanka) are eligible to present their work virtually.
