Payment Guidelines
You can make payments for SICET26 registration through the following methods. Be sure to upload your proof of registration to the online registration form after completing your transaction.
Option 1 – Debit/Credit Card Payments (Online via SLIIT Payment Gateway)
Available for: Local, SAARC, and Non-SAARC citizens
Pay Securely Online via the SLIIT Payment Gateway: PAY NOW
- Currency :All payments must be made in LKR (Sri Lankan Rupees) for this Option
- Service Charge: A Bank Service charge of 1.5% will be added to your payment
- Exchange Rate: 1 USD = 325 LKR (This rate is Subject to change)
- For foreign Citizens: You can use your passport number to initiate the transaction on the payment gateway.
- Confirmation & Receipts:
- You will receive an immediate transfer -confirmation once your payment is processed
- Official receipts are available upon Request.
- Important: No Bank Details are required from you for this option. Simply click the “PAY NOW” button above to be redirected to the secure SLIIT payment Gateway to complete your payment using your Credit or Debit Card.

The “PURPOSE OF PAYMENT” should be set to “Any Other Payment” and the “DESCRIPTION” must include the following information.
For the “DESCRIPTION”,
- For authors, please use “SICET24-XXX”. XXX is the paper id of the full paper.
- For participants (non-authors), please use “SICET24-PPP”.
There will be a bank service charge of 1.42%. “PAYMENT AMOUNT” should be in LKR; No other currency is accepted. The exchange rate is 1 USD = LKR 305.00. After a successful payment is made the payer will receive a transfer confirmation. This will not be a SLIIT receipt, but a SLIIT receipt can be provided upon request.
After the successful payment, please provide proof of payment to the online registration form.
Option 2 – Direct Deposit (Bank Transfer within Sri Lanka)
- Currency: Payments must be made in USD (US Dollars).

Option 3 – Wire Transfer (International Bank Transfer)
Recommended for: Anyone with access to banking services within Sri Lanka.

- Currency: Payments must be made in LKR (Sri Lankan Rupees).

Reference: Use the appropriate reference when making your payment:
- For Authors: SICET26-XXX (replace XXX with your Paper ID)

Remember to upload your proof of payment to the online registration form, regardless of the payment method you choose.

- Payment: Make the payment using one of the available options above.
- Upload Proof of Payment: upload your proof of payment to the online registration form, regardless of the payment method you choose.
- Confirmation: Once registered, you will receive an email confirmation. Please retain this email for your records.
