A range of accommodation options is available for international delegates attending SICET 2026.
Since the conference programme will take place at different locations, delegates are encouraged to consider both the accommodation cost and travelling convenience when selecting a hotel.

- Room availability, rates, taxes, exchange rates, meal inclusions, payment requirements and cancellation policies are controlled by the respective hotels and may be changed without prior notice.
- Delegates are responsible for confirming all reservation details directly with the selected hotel before making payment.
- Unless specifically stated otherwise, accommodation charges do not include transportation between the airport, hotel, Waters Edge and SLIIT Malabe Campus.
- The SICET 2026 Organising Committee does not guarantee room availability and is not responsible for private accommodation agreements made between delegates and hotels.
Conference Transportation
- The SICET 2026 International Relations and Foreign Delegates Committee will provide further information regarding transportation between selected hotels, Waters Edge and SLIIT Malabe Campus.
- Delegates should not assume that transport is included in the accommodation rate unless it is specifically confirmed by the Organising Committee or the relevant hotel.
- The departure location and time for the Galle excursion on 4th September 2026 will be communicated separately.
