Payment Guidelines
You can make payments for SICET26 registration through the following methods. Be sure to upload your proof of registration to the online registration form after completing your transaction.
Option 1 – Secure Debit/Credit Card Payments Via SLIIT Payment Gateway
Pay Securely Online via the SLIIT Payment Gateway: PAY NOW
- Service Charge: A Bank Service charge of will be added to your payment.
- Exchange Rate: Daily currency exchange rates will apply.
- For foreign Citizens: You can use your passport number to initiate the transaction on the payment gateway.
- Confirmation & Receipts:
- You will receive an immediate transfer -confirmation once your payment is processed
- Hard copy receipts are available upon Request.

The “PURPOSE OF PAYMENT” should be set to “Any Other Payment” and the “DESCRIPTION” must include the following information.
For the “DESCRIPTION”,
- For authors, please use “SICET24-XXX”. XXX is the paper id of the full paper.
- For participants (non-authors), please use “SICET24-PPP”.
There will be a bank service charge of 1.42%. “PAYMENT AMOUNT” should be in LKR; No other currency is accepted. The exchange rate is 1 USD = LKR 305.00. After a successful payment is made the payer will receive a transfer confirmation. This will not be a SLIIT receipt, but a SLIIT receipt can be provided upon request.
After the successful payment, please provide proof of payment to the online registration form.
Option 2 – Direct Deposits and / Option 3 – Wire Transfer (International Bank Transfer)

Recommended for: Anyone with access to banking services within Sri Lanka.

- Currency: Payments must be made in LKR (Sri Lankan Rupees).

- Remember to upload your proof of payment to the online registration form, regardless of the payment method you choose.
- No counter payments will accept without prior approvals.

Registration Instructions:
- Fill out the Online Form: Complete all fields and upload the required documents.
- Payment: Make the payment using one of the available options above.
- Upload Proof of Payment: upload your proof of payment to the online registration form, regardless of the payment method you choose.
- Confirmation: Once registered, you will receive an email confirmation. Please retain this email for your records.
